Born March 2, 1968 Oakland, CA

San Francisco-Based Rappin' 4-Tay was fresh out of high school when he first debuted on a music track with Too Short, "Don't Fight the Feelin" off Too Short's
album "Too Short".
Then a conviction for selling the Chronic, landed 4-Tay in prison for ten months, but he returned in 1991, forming Rag Top Records with friends Franky J. and Fly... In January 1992,
they released his debut album, "Rappin 4-Tay is back!!...
His second album, "Don't Fight the Feelin", made him a local favorite due to his hardcore style, which did not romantacize the ghetto.. After his 1995's album "I'll be around, 4-Tay returned one year later as a celebrity releasing the album "Off Parole". "4 Tha Hard Way", followed in 1997, and two years later he released the album," Introduction to Mackin'"...
